Class Options

Benvenuto Pilates offers monthly class packages as well as individual sessions for clients as scheduling allows.

Pilates improves posture, core strength, flexibility and is a full body workout. It's often practiced by those who want improved performance in other activities and sports for optimum results. Modifications are made in the classes to address the fitness goals of every client.

The Cardio/Combo classes feature a high paced non-contact martial arts cardio workout combined with a Pilates strengthening/toning component. Modifications can also be made in this class for each client.

This is a fantastic option for those looking for a cardio alternative! Beginners welcome in both classes!

Class Formats

Classes are 55 minutes. Payment is required at the beginning of each session by cheque or etransfer.
